    An Lovely Family Getaway

    We enjoyed a splendid 3-night family retreat! The Suite Grand Cru felt luxurious, while breakfasts in the serene courtyard were a daily highlight. The staff made really good dinner reservations at La Lune. Their fusion cuisine was a good surprise! Don't miss this gem!

    The staff was very attentive, and our suite provided a cozy atmosphere for everyone. Truly a fantastic place for families.

    Charming atmosphere and excellent location for exploring.

    I cannot believe the staff was so untrained at a hotel of this caliber. It took an eternity to get basic requests fulfilled during breakfast-one morning, I waited 40 minutes for a simple boiled egg! Plus, the air conditioning was a complete joke. We were stuck in a warm room because it was set on a centralized setting weeks prior.

    It was a good pick for a weekend break in Beaune with excellent value. The staff was helpful at check-in, even having our bags waiting in the room when we returned. Be ready for limited breakfast options and bring your own coffee if you're picky.

    Enjoying our welcome glass in the courtyard was a highlight. We loved the charming atmosphere and the breakfast spread was good. Don't miss out on snacking under the morning sky while indulging in fresh breads and cheeses. Perfect for a relaxing group vacation!

    We did face a frustrating issue with room availability. Check-in was delayed an hour with no prior update which was disappointing after a long journey.
